What are the safety rules?
- No running outside of the inflatables.
- Observe posted weight limits of 180 lbs per user on the inflatables.
- Socks are required for everyone in the facility including all Adults who are playing or not. They are for sale if you forget to bring them.
- No climbing or hanging on nets
- No running up slides
- No one is allowed behind the bounce houses or red gates. Stay in play area.
- No, food, drinks, gum or candy is allowed in the play area.
- One person at a time down the slides.
- No pushing, shoving or rough play allowed.
- No bouncing at the top of the slides.
- No toys, keys or any sharp objects allowed on the inflatables.
- Participants must listen to employees monitoring the play area.
- For their safety the toddler area is for children 3 years old and younger.
- A parent or guardian must be present at all times.
- MOST IMPORTANT — “HAVE FUN”
Are walk-ins allowed?
Yes. We have open play all day long. However, all parties require a reservation.
* Covid restrictions in place. Weekdays are open play only.
Am I required to fill out a liability waiver?
Yes. For insurance purposes, a parent or guardian must read and sign the liability waiver. All children entering the facility must be listed on the waiver.
Are deposits refundable?
No. All deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions.
Who is allowed to play?
We encourage the whole family to have fun, but we ask that the older participants watch out for the younger participants. We ask that all participants follow all the posted and verbal rules. Safety first! We observe the 3 strikes rule. Three safety violations may be grounds for dismissal without a refund.
What if I did not bring socks?
Socks are required and are available for purchase at the front desk.
Do you allow outside food or drinks?
Prepackaged food and drinks are available through the vending machines. However, the following items are not allowed: ice cream, gum, red or blue drinks, small candy or alcoholic beverages.
I have toddlers, do you have a separate play area for them?
Yes. We have separate inflatables just for the toddlers.
How many kids are required to receive the group rate?
The group rate applies to groups of 10 or more kids.
What type of clothing should be worn?
Everyone is required to wear socks participating or not. Shirts and shorts/pants must be worn at all times (no swim suits please). Clothing must be worn over diapers or pull ups.
Do children have to be toilet trained to be able to participate?
Children wearing diapers/pull ups may participate as long as clothing is worn over them. We ask that you use the appropriate restrooms to change your child’s diapers.
Can my child participate if he is wearing a cast?
For safety reasons, any child wearing a cast, splint or brace will not be allowed to participate in the play area. If invited to a party, the child may participate in activities in the party room.
Can adults play in the inflatables?
Parents can always assist their child when needed, however in regards to playing on the inflatables there is a posted weight limit of 180 lbs per user.
How often are the inflatables cleaned?
We clean and disinfect our inflatables at a minimum of one time per day which includes all areas inside and out and the ball pit balls. All other toys and high touch areas are cleaned from every hour to a minimum of 3 times per day. We use hospital grade disinfectants on all equipment and surfaces. If you wish to see or learn more feel free to ask.
Can I leave my child here? Can I come alone without my kid?
No, all minors must have a Parent/Guardian present at all times while at Hop’s. No one may leave/enter without child/children present.
Party Rules and Info
What if I need to reschedule my party?
To avoid additional charges, we require at least 15 days advance notice if you need to reschedule your party. Your party must be rescheduled within 3 months of the original party date. If you cancel or reschedule your party within the 14 days of your party date, you will lose your deposit. Remember that your deposit is non-refundable (sorry no exceptions).
What if I am late for my scheduled party time? What if my guests are late?
We understand that circumstances happen, however, our parties start promptly at the scheduled time. Since there may be other parties scheduled after your party time, we may be unable to extend your party time. If your party begins after your scheduled time due to waiting for late guests, your schedule booked time will still end at scheduled time. If your guest arrive late and you have already started your party, we will escort your guests to your party.
Can I use my own decorations and/or paper products in the party room?
You are welcome to use your own decorations and/or paper products in the party room. To preserve the integrity of our party room, we do not permit wall or ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, confetti, or piñatas.
Are there any additional items I need to bring to the party?
If you will be bringing a cake, please bring a serving utensil, candles, and a lighter (no matches please).
Can we start in the Party Room?
We strongly suggest that you start your party in the open play area before any eating of food or cake. We found that full tummies and bouncing don’t mix, please start your parties in the inflatable play area and then move into the birthday room.
